Courtney Cox's hilarious 60th celebration

<p>Courtney Cox, who celebrated her milestone 60th birthday last month, gave fans an inside look into her wellness routine - which even she thinks is a bit much. </p> <p>The <em>Friends </em>star took to Instagram to share a video clip of her exercise routine, which included seated arm rows, squats, pull-ups, chest presses, crunches and cardio. </p> <p>“I just had a birthday,” she said in the video while in the gym.</p> <p>“Don’t love the number, but look, we have no choice,” she wrote.</p> <p>“You just gotta do the best you can,” she said in the video. </p> <p>While getting in daily exercise is a pretty common thing to do to stay fit, it was what she did towards the end of the video that captured fans' attention. </p> <p>The actress swapped her black workout set for a tiny bikini before braving the cold inside what looked like an industrial-sized freezer. </p> <p>Taking things a tad further, she also wore a sheet face mask and a red-light therapy baseball hat inside the chamber, poking fun at her own routine and all the different wellness fads trending online. </p> <p>“What, it’s cryotherapy?” she jokingly said while crawling out of the freezer, which appeared to be in her garage.</p> <blockquote class="instagram-media" style="background: #FFF; "Am I being too sensitive?": Woman's dilemma after partner forgets 60th birthday

<p>A woman has shared her dilemma on how to approach her partner of 30 years, after he forgot her 60th birthday. </p> <p>"It's my 60th birthday today, and my partner of 30 years has not acknowledged it. Should I tell him?" she titled her post on Reddit. </p> <p>"It's my actual birthday today, and whilst we have planned a big party for next weekend, when I woke up this morning I expected a 'Happy Birthday!' and a smile," she continued. </p> <p>"I didn't get anything. He started my coffee but he does that almost every morning.</p> <p>"At first I thought maybe he forgot but now I am thinking that he thinks he doesn't have to say anything because we are having a big party this weekend. </p> <p>"Am I being too sensitive? Should I tell him? If so, how?" she asked in her post. </p> <p>Hundreds of Reddit users took to the comments to share their thoughts on how to approach the situation, with a few sharing crafty solutions of their own. </p> <p>"I'd make a joke of it. 'I can't believe they moved my birthday!' Or 'I saw on the TV we should ask easy questions to check for dementia- I'll ask you first, when's my birthday?'" one user playfully suggested. </p> <p>"I'm going to say the absolute minimum I'd expect for ANY birthday is my wife wishing me a Happy Birthday. Don't let it fester and ruin your day - just ask him about it" another added. </p> <p>One user saw the bright side of things and said:  "He's handed you the best birthday present of all - the opportunity to use this against him for the next twenty years.</p> <p>"I'd be rubbing my hands with glee. Happy Birthday!" </p> <p>"Happy Birthday. Go out and buy a large cake. Eat it all yourself. Nobody need ever know" to which she responded: "there is a Costco not that far away. Go big or go home." </p> <p>Another Redditor came up with an elaborate plan on how she could get her partner's attention. </p> <p>"Purchase this 'Acknowledge Me' t-shirt of WWE wrestle Roman Reigns. Then write 'Birthday' on a piece of card and use some tape to stick on the t-shirt. 'Acknowledge Me Birthday.' Then just wear it around the house," they said. </p> <p>The woman was onboard with the plan, but luckily she didn't need to apply any of their crafty solutions and shared an update. </p> <p>"He just came up to my home office and gave me a big hug, admitting he had forgotten because he was so focussed on both work and next weekend's party," she wrote. </p> <p>"He apologised sheepishly, which was exactly the best outcome possible. Now I have both my birthday acknowledged as well as a fine story and/or bit of ammo to be saved for another day.</p> <p>"So there you go. I've cancelled the 'acknowledge me' t-shirt order, and shall now share my Costco cake with him instead of eating it from across the table, glaring.</p> <p>"Thank you everyone for the very fine passive aggressive suggestions which made me smile. Barack Obama facing backlash over his 60th birthday party during surge of COVID-19 cases

<p>Princess Diana has lived a life many could only dream about.</p> <p>From redefining what it means to be a royal member, to setting herself apart from The Firm and creating a legendary legacy in her own right – there will never be another Princess Diana.</p> <p>On July 1, 2021, the “people’s princess” would have turned 60.</p> <p>It has been nearly two decades since her tragic death near the end of 1997, however the world has not forgotten and still regard her as the legacy that permanently changed the British monarchy for the better.</p> <p>Whether it was for her endless philanthropy, her iconic fashion, or her bitter battle with Prince Charles, Princess Diana has never failed to capture the attention of people from across the globe.</p> <p>In honour of the royal gone too soon, a documentary is set to be released on her birthday. It will delve into her life and the indelible mark she made on the world.</p> <p>Diana at Sixty will feature insights from the late royal’s friends, including Hilary Clinton.</p> <p>Prince William and his brother, Prince Harry, have also honoured Princess Diana by commissioning a statue of the royal in the Sunken Garden at Kensington Palace on July 1.</p> <p>William and Harry said last year they hoped the permanent sculpture would help all those who visited Kensington Palace to "reflect on her life and her legacy".</p> <p>"Our mother touched so many lives," they said.</p> <p>The Princess of Wales died on 31 August 1997, when Prince William and Prince Harry were just 15 and 12.</p> <p><em>Images: Getty</em></p>

Exclusive footage in new documentary to mark Diana’s 60th

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To mark what would have been Princess Diana’s 60th birthday, a new documentary will be released and aims to tell “the definitive story of the most famous woman in the world”.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The ITV film, titled Diana, will trace her life from nursery assistant to royal family member by including previously-unheard testimony and rarely seen archive footage, as well as photos and letters from those close to her.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">72 Films, who previously produced The Rise of the Murdoch Dynasty, will produce the new documentary, which will be directed by Bafta winner Jemma Chisnall.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“There is something a bit magical about Princess Diana, and despite the difficulties in her personal life she managed to use her connection with people to do huge amounts of good,” said David Glover, executive producer 72 Films.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Her 60th birthday feels like the perfect time to re-examine her life and legacy and explore just how she went from a relatively unknown teenager to the most mourned person who ever lived.”</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">ITC will also air a three-part series called Diana’s Decades, which will follow her early royal life, her high-profile work for HIV charities, her interactions with Hollywood during the 1980s, and the journey to becoming the People’s Princess in the 1990s.</span></p>

Sarah Ferguson scrambling to find guests for Prince Andrew's 60th birthday

<p>It seems like Prince Andrew could be facing a lonely 60th birthday as friends “shun” the royal amid the ongoing Epstein scandal.</p> <p>The Duke of York will celebrate his big day at his and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson’s shared home in Windsor, Royal Lodge, where Andrew planned a lavish private dinner party.</p> <p>But unlike his extravagant 50th party at St James’ palace – which had many rich and famous guests in attendance – this party is reported to be more intimate.</p> <p>According to the<span> </span><em>Daily Mail</em>, guests have said they’re “unavailable” to attend the party that Sarah had to invite a second round of guests to fill up seats.</p> <p>It has been said that Andrew’s friends don’t want to associate themselves with the scandal that he is currently embroiled in since August last year.</p> <p>Since then, he has been accused of having sex with an underage woman, Epstein’s alleged “sex slave” Virginia Giuffre.</p> <p>The Duke also gave a “train wreck” BBC interview about Epstein which prompted huge public backlash, forcing him to “step back” from royal life and keep a low profile since.</p>

Queen Elizabeth reportedly cancelled Prince Andrew’s 60th birthday

Dawn French looks incredible in new 60th birthday portrait

<p><span>Yesterday, Dawn French celebrated her 60th birthday and in honour of the special occasion a striking portrait of her was unveiled.</span></p> <p><span>The black-and-white photo was taken by celebrity photographer Trevor Leighton.</span></p> <p><span><em>The Vicar of Dibley</em> actress, who was first photographed by Trevor in 1981, thanked him for his gift.</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span><img width="500" height="649" src="https://oversixtydev.blob.core.windows.net/media/44194/2_500x649.jpg" alt="2 (26)"/><br /></span></p> <p><span>“Thank you darling heart.@trevorleighton took this pic at my house. He clever," tweeted the television star. </span></p> <p><span>Speaking about their friendship, Trevor revealed that Dawn has been an integral person in his life.</span></p> <p><span>"Sometimes in life things happen that you can’t explain, my relationship with Dawn is one of them – something happened that day which was to change my life. Little did I know how important she was going to be as a friend, agony aunt, physiotherapist and God Mother to my children. Dawn is a rare breed of person, who is always there for you anytime day or night, her generosity holds no bounds, her love is unconditional."</span></p> <p><span>He added, "Dawn called me recently to ask if I would photograph her for her 60th birthday portrait – this was such an honour which could not be turned down – so no pressure there! Then we'll do some kissing and some crying and that's how we'll celebrate."</span></p> <p><span>Three months ago, Dawn shared the results of her weight loss on Twitter.</span></p> <p><a href="http://www.oversixty.com.au/lifestyle/retirement-life/2017/07/comedian-dawn-frenchs-amazing-weight-loss/" target="_blank"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">She lost more than 47kg</span></strong></a><span> as she prepared to have a hysterectomy back in 2014.</span></p> <p><span>She recently opened up about her weight loss during her 30 Million Minutes Tour.</span></p> <p><span>She revealed, “When I was due to have my hysterectomy the doctor told me that if I could lose some weight before the op, they would be able to do it via keyhole, and I would recover in three weeks or so. Otherwise it would be big open surgery, and three months to recover. So, I set about dropping a few stone. No magic wand, just tiny, joyless low-cal eating and lots more walking for weeks and weeks. It was grim. I lost seven-and-a-half stone. I could have the keyhole surgery. Great. Great-grandma celebrates 60th anniversary in her original wedding dress

Twins recreate childhood photos to celebrate 60th birthday

<p>Meet Meg Low and Gae Watson, identical twin sisters from New South Wales, who turned 60 today.</p> <p>To celebrate their milestone birthday, the twins re-enacted their favourite childhood photos.</p> <p>Their older sister Anne Llewellyn shared the photos with Over60 today, saying the family had so much fun recreating the childhood photos.</p> <p>“I took the photos! 78-year-old woman rewears gown for 60th wedding anniversary

I'm so happy to say we raised $2000 on the night. Friends and family travelled from Melbourne and Brisbane to help make my 60th a great night... I just had a great day appreciating what I had in life and that so many of my friends and family never made it to 60. On that day, I never saw or spoke to anyone.
