On Thursday, the Australian TV personality took to Instagram to share a throwback picture from her high school years.
“I was so passionate in school and had such incredible support from my teachers,” she wrote on the caption.
“I didn’t realise at the time how important that was, but I feel so grateful now for where it has got me in life.
“If I could give my teen self one piece of advice? It’d be to enjoy the journey and not worry so much about the future. Live in the moment, back yourself, and trust that kindness, hard work, positivity and passion are the key to success.”
The star is Tiffiny Hall, host of The Biggest Loser Australia.
The fitness expert has been married to radio host Ed Kavalee since 2014. They had their first child Arnold in 2017.
The 35-year-old TV star said her husband initially did not believe that she was pregnant.
“I knew I was pregnant. Ed didn’t believe me until I took six tests. I was like, booyah,” she told The Project in September.
“I woke up in bed and she dropped the home pregnancy tests on me like confetti,” Kavalee recalled.
