These gelato creations are almost too beautiful to eat
Flowers and gelato – two of our very favourite things. So, when we stumbled upon these unique ice cream “flowers”, we simply couldn’t tear our eyes away.
The gelato artists at i-Creamy on George Street in Sydney craft the flowers “petal by petal” using a uniquely-shaped spatula. “You need the right angle,” co-owner Pichaporn Sapsittiporn tells Broadsheet.
And although it’s not the quickest process, if reviews are anything to go by, it’s definitely worth it. “It takes time but our customers really love it,” co-owner Sasinuch Lapwongpaiboon said.
Take a look at the beautiful gelato creations in the gallery above and tell us in the comments, have you ever tried a dessert quite like this?
