Vintage postcards show Las Vegas in all its retro prime
Las Vegas is known for its elaborate displays of lights, themed hotels, entertainment options and casinos.
Back in the day, postcards that were being sold in the desert city were still harping about the famous performers and the city’s vibrant life.
From photos of Caesar’s Palace from when there was nothing behind it but desert to signs advertising Frank Sinatra, these postcards show what was on offer to travellers in the ‘50s and ‘60s.
Scrolled through the gallery to see the postcard designs that were available to tourists.
