Quentin Tarantino breaks long-standing movie tradition
Quentin Tarantino has revealed that his next film, The Movie Critic, will break a longtime tradition.
The infamous director is returning for what is expected to be his final film after he opened up about the entertainment industry, hinting at retirement.
On his Cinema Speculation book tour, Tarantino is teasing details about the upcoming film per the media outlet The Playlist.
Tarantino admitted that The Movie Critic will not be a revenge story, which breaks a longstanding tradition for him since the 1997 film Jackie Brown.
“There is a lot of speculation as to who it is based on. And yes, he is a real critic, but he is not known… and I am not going to tell you more... It will also not be what you might call a revenge story.” he told The Playlist.
Details remain scarce about the movie’s plot and cast, with filming expected to begin in spring 2023.
