The stunning moment you missed on Sunrise this morning
There’s never a dull moment on Channel Seven’s breakfast show Sunrise, and viewers tuning in this morning were treated to an interview that left program hosts Samantha Armytage and David “Kochie” Koch equally as stunned.
Dylan Saliba, the plumber who has become an internet sensation due to his incredible singing ability, appeared on the couch this morning, and when he was asked to sing for the hosts the 22-year-old certainly didn’t disappoint.
While still wearing his high-vis (underneath his hoodie) Saliba delivered a stunning performance of Canto Della Terra which left Sam and Kochie amazed.

“It’s amazing,” Armytage exclaimed afterwards.
“I’m overwhelmed, I never thought this was all going to happen. My family is completely shocked,” Mr Saliba admitted.
“No-one in my family sings, I’m the only one.”
“I love Andrea Bocelli. I went to his concert a few years ago, and I absolutely love him.”
The young tradie also said he’d love to “make a career out of singing”.
“Leave it with us,” Kochie told him.
“I’ve got an idea... We’re on to something here.”
