60 Minutes reporter Tara Brown finds new love
60 Minutes reporter Tara Brown has revealed to close friends and family she has met a new love after separating from her husband of 17 years, John McAvoy.
The Sunday Telegraph report that Brown is in a relationship with veteran news producer and former 60 Minutes colleague Gareth Harvey, only disclosing their relationship to friends two weeks ago.

Brown and Harvey grew close while working on international stories for the current affairs program in 2015 and earlier Nine Network sources tell the publication.
Harvey, who started at 60 Minutes in 1979, now works for Seven Network’s Sunday Night.
Rumours of Brown’s strained marriage to McAvoy surfaced after her release from her Beirut prison cell in April 2016 for her key role in the Sally Faulkner child abduction story.
Brown has separated from her husband of 17 years, James McAvoy.
Brown, 49, moved out of the couple’s home earlier this year leaving her husband, a former Nine Network executive who now runs his own production company, McAvoy Media, with the couple’s two children, Jack, 9, and Tom, 7.
