Opt for a broad-spectrum sunscreen each day as part of your morning routine to help keep your skin looking as young and healthy as possible.

2. Drink hot H20 with lemon

Try skipping the caffeine as part of your morning routine and replace it with a cup of hot water and lemon. Furthermore, as water hydrates your body, it works to keeps your skin supple so you can experience that dewy glow without make-up.

3. Scrub a dub dub

Incorporating a simple exfoliation twice a week will ensure your dry, dead, and dull skin doesn't stifle your skin and block up your pores. It’s so simple!

4. Hands off!

We’re all guilty of this one from time to time. Unnecessary touching of the face that it. Think resting your chin in your hand, rubbing your eyes or massaging your forehead. This is bad for your skin! As the skin on our face is the most delicate on our body, it is easily damaged, stretched, and torn. Each time you touch your face, you are causing micro-tears in your skin. These micro-tears eventually lead to future wrinkles, and what's more, they can also cause a gradual degradation of your skin. So, keep your hands off!
