Kate Middleton's uncle slams Harry and Meghan
Kate Middleton's uncle, businessman Gary Goldsmith, gave an exclusive interview with Australian TV show 60 Minutes about his niece's family.
Goldsmith said that a "whole nation" is "massively disappointed" with Prince Harry and Meghan's decision to air their dirty laundry on television.
"You just don't do what they did and then go on Oprah and talk like that," he said.
"I'm just very disappointed with them, it's just not the way the world works."
Goldsmith had nothing but praise though for his favourite niece.
"Her laughter fills every room that she's in," he told Steinfort.
"She's almost like the girl-next-door with a wicked sense of humour."
Royal commentator Kate Nicholls also appeared in the interview, saying that the COVID-19 lockdown made the couple more "real and relatable".
"The public got to see more of the true Duchess than they'd ever been able to see before," Nicholls said.
"We got access to them in a way that we absolutely haven't before, and I think a lot of that was down to William and Kate recognising that they couldn't be seen to be in their ivory tower, they needed to be accessible."
