Natalie Barr, 50, has been a Sunrise presenter for many years now. As breakfast television requires a certain kind of look, which is sleek and polished, it’s rare to see the presenters not looking anything but polished.

However, on Tuesday, there was a segment about mullets on Sunrise, where weatherman Sam Mac revealed old photos of himself.

He also revealed an old photo of Natalie Barr from the 1980s showing off a permed mullet whilst she was in high school.

This isn’t the first time the photo has been seen by viewers on Sunrise.

The photo was displayed back in 2017, when there was a discussion between hosts as to whether or not the mullet would make a fashion comeback. 

Co-host Samatha Armytage mocked Barr’s permed mullet with uncontrollable laughter.

"I was quite proud of that. Stop laughing Sam!" laughed Barr.

Armytage couldn’t help herself with another dig, saying, “You were a very handsome little girl.

“You don’t want to be too pretty too early,” added Armytage, to which Barr responded with hitting her co-star with papers whilst laughing along.
