Bindi’s heartbreaking tribute to Steve Irwin
Bindi Irwin took to Instagram over the weekend to share a heartfelt post for her late father Steve Irwin, marking the 15-year anniversary since the Aussie icon passed away.
The tribute depicted a photo of her daughter Grace, expressing how she wishes “with all her heart” that her dad could “hug my beautiful girl”. It’s been 15 years since he passed away. I hold onto the thought that he’s her guardian angel now, watching over the most special part of my life, Grace Warrior.”
The heart-warming tribute posted was accompanied with a throwback photo of young Bindi with her father.
Steve Irwin passed away on the 4th of September, 2006 after an accident involving a stingray on the Great Barrier Reef, whilst he was filming a documentary.
