ALDI shopper’s hilarious find in loaf of bread
An ALDI shopper has shared an amusing find from a loaf of bread, purchased from her local store.
Taking to a popular Facebook group, mum Tarra pointed out the hilarious mistake on the expiry date on her Bakers Life Light Rye Vienna loaf.
A photo of the best before stamp shows that it’s due to expire on October 3, 2040.
“Only 20 years until my bread goes off!” wrote Tarra on the Aldi Mums Facebook group.
Fellow ALDI fans found the error incredibly amusing.
“Now that’s a good buy!” wrote one.
Added another: “Gosh you’re going to have to ration it out to see if it lasts the long haul!”
Said a third: “Hope you get your money back in 19 years and 11 months should it get mouldy!”
