Apple pie smoothie
All it takes is a few ingredients and you’re on your way to confusing your tastebuds (in the best way possible) with this delicious apple pie smoothie.
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce or stewed apples
- 1/2 cup raw, unsalted cashews, soaked in water for 1 hour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 chopped, pitted dates, soaked in water for 1/2 hour
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method:
- (Couldn’t be easier) simply place all the ingredients in a blender and puree for about 30 seconds to a minute until they’re smooth and to your liking.
- Voila! You’ve got a delicious apple pie smoothie.
