Baked apple chips
If, like most people, you find it hard to resist the tempting crunch of a bag of potato chips, but want to avoid the guilt that comes with having eaten a whole bag in one sitting, you’ll probably love these crispy apple chips. So simple to make, but sweet to the taste, this healthy alternative to regular chips is one you’ll love.
For the variety of apples you choose to bake, we’d recommend you stay away from anything overly sweet or tart. Ones that work well are Sundowner, Jazz, and Royal Gala.
Ingredients:
- 1 apple (we go with the rule of one apple per person)
