Banana and chocolate crepes
These sweet banana and chocolate crepes are so easy to make, the hardest part will be avoiding seconds… or thirds.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 eggs
- ½ a cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- ¼ cup of water
- Extra butter
Topping
- Melted chocolate/Nutella
- 1 banana
- Ground cinnamon
Method:
- In a bowl, mix milk, eggs and butter.
- Add flour. Mix. Add water. Mix. The mixture should be runny to make your crepes thin.
- In a pan, heat butter. Pour batter and allow to cook until golden.
- Remove from pan onto plate. Spread chocolate/Nutella over half. Slice banana and arrange over half.
- Fold un-topped side over, creating a sandwiched half circle. Drizzle with more chocolate and serve.
