Rich beef goulash
A great hearty meal, this beef goulash recipe is perfect for a cosy night in. Just serve with a glass of red.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 750g gravy beef, cut into 3cm cubes
- 1 large brown onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200g button mushrooms
- 2 large red capsicums, roughly cut into pieces
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 2 cups beef stock
- 400g can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- Parsley and sour cream, to serve
