Beef rissoles
Serve up these easy-to-make beef rissoles for a dinner the whole family will enjoy. Serve with potatoes and veggies.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 500g of beef mince
- ½ cup of dried breadcrumbs
- ½ a brown onion, chopped finely
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Method:
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Mix and form into eight balls, flattening them. Drizzle olive oil on top.
2. In a grill pan over medium-high heat, cook for three to four minutes per side until cooked through.
