Chinese fried rice

Quick, easy, and (most importantly) delicious, this Chinese fried rice is the perfect dish to whip up for an easy midweek meal. Try it yourself tonight!

Serves: Four

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or frying-pan over medium heat, add the eggs and cook until just set, remove.
  3. Add the prawns and chicken and stir-fry until hot. Add the soy sauce, chilli sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onion and lemon juice and stir to combine.
  4. Add the rice and stir-fry until hot. Slice the egg and serve.
