Chocolate and hazelnut crepe cake
With chocolate hazelnut spread in between, then covered in rich ganache, this show-stopping crepe cake will leave quite the impression on your guests.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain flour
- ⅓ cup caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- Spray olive oil
- 2 x 180g blocks dark chocolate, chopped
- ⅔ cup thickened cream
- 3 cups chocolate hazelnut spread
- Chopped dry-roasted hazelnuts, to decorate
- Whipped or double cream, to serve
