Chocolate roulade
An old favourite, this scrumptious treat is deliciously chocolatey and creamy – is there a more perfect kind of dessert?
Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- ¼ cup freshly brewed espresso
- 6 eggs, at room temperature, separated
- ½ cup caster sugar
- ¾ cup thickened cream
- 1 tablespoons sweet sherry
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
