Crispy oat patties

In place of breadcrumbs, add ground or processed rolled oats to hamburger patties, meatloaf or meatballs to give them extra body and help bind the mixture.

  1. This clever trick will create a crispy coating and add texture and colour.
  2. Simply use the recipe to your favourite meat or vegetarian patties.
  3. Coat them in rolled oats and chill in the fridge before frying.
  4. Voila! You’ve got the tastiest patties you’ve ever had!
