Honey glazed carrots
An easy, quick and delicious side that will complement any main.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 500g Dutch/baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to season
- Bunch of parsley, chopped
Method:
1. Bring salted water to boil in saucepan. Add carrots and cook for five minutes or until tender.
2. Drain carrots and add back into pan along with butter, honey and lemon juice.
3. Cook for five minutes or until glaze coats carrots.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
