Honey soy chicken wings
If you’re entertaining guests and need something meaty before the main course, look no further than these delicious, easy to make, honey soy chicken wings.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup AYAM Honey and Soy Marinade and Sauce
- 2 tablespoon AYAM Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice
- 3 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1kg chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method:
- Combine the honey and soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, five spice, ginger and garlic in a large bowl. Add the chicken and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the chicken on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes or until browned, turning occasionally and brushing with the marinade.
- Serve sprinkled with the sesame seeds.
