Honeyed yoghurt with persimmons
For a healthy but delicious sweet treat why not get creative with the very nutritious Greek yoghurt. With the addition of persimmons, honey and lavender, you will be in dessert heaven without the guilt.
Ingredients:
- 4 sweet persimmons
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon thyme leaves or lavender
