Lemon butter
It’s not often that people think to add condiments other than cream to baked goods, but we’re on a mission to change that. This lemon butter is wonderful on toast, muffins, scones, gingerbread, walnut loaf. It also makes a thoughtful gift for family and friends. And it’s so simple to make.
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp zested lemon rind
- ¾ cup sugar
- 125g butter, chopped
