Oreo cheesecake pops
A twist on the classic cake pops, these Oreo cheesecake pops are sure to delight kids and adults alike.
Makes: 25
Ingredients:
- 250g tub of cream cheese
- 2 packets of Oreos
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- 1 king size block of chocolate
- 25 lollypop sticks or skewers
Method:
- Mix the softened cream cheese, Oreos and vanilla essence in a blender until thoroughly combined.
- Roll into tablespoon sized balls and set in the fridge.
- Once set, melt chocolate and dip the end of a lollypop stick in it before inserting into the cheesecake ball (this acts as a glue).
- Set in fridge again.
- When they are cold, cover the balls in melted chocolate before cooling on a baking paper-covered tray.
- Decorate with sprinkles or shredded coconut etc.
- Keep in fridge until ready to eat.
