Potato and fennel tart tatin
This tasty tart looks fantastic, and is so simple to make. Just a few ingredients and you’ve got one hell of a side dish.
Ingredients:
- 4 small potatoes (Either new potatoes Pontiac)
- 2 large fennel bulbs
- ⅓ cup chicken stock
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
