Smores are a campfire staple for a reason, but believe it or not, they’re about to get even more delicious.

1. Salted caramel smores

 

These smores are just like the classic, with a sweet and salty twist.

  1. To make salted caramel, heat half a cup of sugar until melted.
  2. Cook until a dark amber colour and add four tablespoons of butter and quarter cup of sour cream. Cook for two minutes, remove from heat and add half a teaspoon of salt and two teaspoons of vanilla.

Replace your plain crackers with Oreos and your chocolate with peanut butter, and you’ve got a seriously decadent smore.
