Elderly couple find deadly brown snake in their bedroom
Imagine walking into your bedroom to find the world’s second-most deadly snake slithering along the carpet. It sounds like a nightmare, but it was reality for an elderly Queensland couple, who are lucky to be alive after a brown snake found its way into their Kingaroy home.
Shockingly, the husband was just about to PICK UP the venomous serpent with his bare hands before his wife intervened at the last minute and convinced him to call South Burnett Snake Catchers.
When they arrived, the snake catcher’s wife got out her phone to film her hubby’s efforts to catch the elusive snake. The footage is absolutely terrifying.
“It turned out to be an eastern brown snake (a.k.a. a common brown snake),” the company wrote on Facebook.
“‘But it’s black,’ you say. That’s correct, it is, and it just goes to show that the eastern brown snake can come in all colours. That’s why it’s imperative to call a professional licensed snake catcher.”
