Ian Thorpe lists luxury home at a discount
Ian Thorpe has returned his luxury Woollahra townhouse to the market for a price of $3.5 million.
The Olympic gold medallist previously listed it on the market for $3.7 million in September last year but failed to find a buyer at that price.
The townhouse boasts four-bedrooms and three-bathrooms and sits on 250sqm of land. It also has an outdoor swimming pool and a beautiful outdoor tropical garden.
Thorpe purchased the home in December 2017 for $2.75 million and has since done extensive renovation work to the property. He remodelled the terrace and added in stylish sliding doors. It also features open plan living areas perfect for families.
"It's completely private and secluded," letting agent Courtney Wong told The Sydney Morning Herald in 2023.
