How to make personalised fridge magnets
These DIY magnets are easy to make and will leave you with an item that is not only practical but one that will also brighten up your fridge. Make these magnets by yourself, with your grandchildren or with your friends for a craft day. They make great presents and you can be as creative as you like to personalise them for someone you love.
What you will need:
- Photos
- Clear accent gems
- Black pen
- Scissors
- Mod podge glue
- Magnet tape
Method:
1. Place a gem over your chosen photo and trace around it with your pen.
2. Cut out the circle from your photo and apply clear drying glue to top side of the photo. Apply glue to the flat side of the gem.
3. Put the top of the photo on the flat side of the gem. Leave to dry for a few hours.
4. Cut the magnet tape into a small section and glue to the back of the gem.
Now you can make as many as you wish!
