This 104-year-old is the world’s oldest person to get a tattoo

A British great-grandfather has set a new world record for being the oldest person to get a tattoo.

The Guinness World Records has confirmed that Jack Reynolds, of Chesterfield, who went under the needle on his 104th birthday, is the oldest person to get a first-time tattoo.

The centenarian had "Jacko 6.4.1912" tattooed on his upper arm, in homage to his nickname and birth date.

Before getting his tattoo, Reynolds told Good Morning Britain he was "apprehensive" but "looking forward to it."

With new ink on his arm, Reynolds joked his tattoos now "shows off his muscles."
