Cindy Crawford’s former Malibu estate for sale
Cindy Crawford’s former Malibu estate has hit the market for an eye-watering $136 million (US$99.5m).
The lavish Californian estate sits on a massive 3 acres with private paths to stunning beaches to swim, tan and watch the sunrise and sunsets.
The villa which had been recently renovated offers a “chic style and serene setting” with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The main suite itself is basically a tiny apartment with a fireplace, sitting area, dual spa-like bathrooms and walk-in closet.
Despite being only two-storeys, the home has so much to offer such as a tennis court, media room and gym with vaulted ceilings.
It also boasts a stunning pool, spa, pool deck and cabana with a fireplace for those cooler summer evenings.
Current owners retired hedge fund manager, Adam Weiss, and his actress partner, Barret Swatek purchased the home from Crawford in 2018 for US$45m.
They have decided to sell the home after purchasing another estate in Maui for $61 million (US$45m).
