Guy Sebastian’s property hits the market
The singer and The Voice judge Guy Sebastian is selling his coastal Queensland investment property.
Sebastian has had the Fraser Coast property since 2007, around the same time he was recording his third album following his 2004 Idol success.
The tenanted house in Toogoom, just 10 minutes from Hervey Bay, sits on a 1030 square metre block that fronts Toogoom Beach.
Ray White Hervey Bay agents Samantha Scott and Marie Ashworth are looking for offers over $730,000 for the three-bedroom, two-bathroom brick and Colorbond house.
When the property was last sold pre-global financial crisis in 2007, it was the third highest sale on the foreshore and went for $675,000.
