Home and Away star sells Sydney apartment

US-based expatriate actress Rebecca Breeds has sold her investment apartment home in Sydney, securing $810,000 for the Narrabeen property.

The Australian actress appears to have done well for herself living in Los Angeles as she is set to appear in the series Clarice.

She originally bought the lakeside apartment for $490,000 in 2009 and moved to the US seven years ago with her husband, Luke Mitchell.

The pair met in 2009 when Mitchell, who originally was on Neighbours, made his way on to the Summer-Based soapie Home and Away.

He starred as Romeo Smith while breeds played Ruby Buckton.

Since moving to the US, Breeds has secured roles in Pretty Little Liars and The Originals. Clarice is the Silence of the Lambs reboot with Breeds reprising Jodie Foster’s Oscar-winning role.

The lakeside Goodwin St property sold just before the northern beaches cluster lockdown and had been making income for Breeds as a rental property.

Breeds and Mitchell still share their three-bedroom Cronulla apartment, which they rent out after purchasing for $1,425,000 back in 2017.
