Inside Kyle Sandilands' lavish temporary family home

Kyle Sandilands and his expectant fiancée Tegan Kynaston have taken up a pricey Bellevue Hill rental in Sydney's eastern suburbs ahead of the arrival of their baby boy.

Their recently vacated Edgecliff rental has returned to the market, and their new temporary home, advertised as an $8000-a-week rental, was billed as “the blending of luxury with Tuscan classicism”.

The property was recently sold, which prompted speculation that Sandilands himsels was the buyer, but that turned out to be investor Rosheeni Dobbie, who reportedly paid $13,808,900 for it.

The five bedroom, six bathroom home, boasts a high-end Calacatta marble kitchen, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, plus a pergola-covered indoor pool that opens to a terrace with a northerly harbour view.

The home is also decked out with a smart home system, which Sandilands admitted on air that he had been a struggling to get his head around.

The three-level home dates back to 1910, and when it was last up for rent in mid-2020, Sandilands snapped it up at around $4,950 a week. The couple are set to relocate to a Hills district estate after their time in Bellevue Hill.
