Inside Tom Cruise’s $51 million ranch
Tom Cruise is living like a king out in Colorado in his sprawling estate – and you can too for the price tag of $51 million.
The Hollywood megastar has become a great among giants for his numerous acting roles, and now after living the high life in his AUD$51 million mansion, he is deciding to let it go.
Cruise first quietly put the Telluride estate listing up for AUD$76.1 million 7 years ago but listing agent Eric Lavey told the Wall Street Journal it was done under hush-hush circumstances.
“I’m not sure [Cruise] was ready to sell it yet,” Lavey, from LIV Sotheby’s International Realty told the WSJ.
The home is nestled perfectly into the mountains and has remained a secluded oasis for those with high-profile lives looking to get away from it all.
Spanning over 320 acres, Cruise reportedly spent many years collecting the land to form the massive estate but now reportedly no longer spends much of his time there and is looking to pass the home on to someone else.
The property boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms and features plenty of incredible features like mountain views in every single direction and a number of outdoor activities to choose from including skiing, snowmobiling, and snowboarding. In the warmer months, the option of golf, horseback riding, hiking, and biking is available.
With over 10,000 square-feet of room to use in the main house, there is also a three-bedroom guest lodge that could also be very useful.
Tom Cruise reportedly spent several years designing the stone-and-cedar home, and completed the massive built in 1994.
