Pete Evans offloads marvellous Sydney home

Pete Evans has offloaded his Sydney home for a whopping $3.5 million.

The 47-year-old listed his Malabar mansion for sale in August and it sat on the market for just a month before it was sold $166,000 above the reserve of $3.366.

Realestate.com.au has reported that the auction opened at $3 million and there were three to five parties bidding on it.

The spacious five-bedroom house, which Pete and his wife Nicola only finished building 18 months ago, boasts a glorious open plan living area, three bathrooms and a double garage.

The home also has an alfresco entertainment room and a hotel-inspired master bedroom that has all the bells and whistles with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.

Unsurprisingly, the home also features a kitchen fit for a chef with top-of-the-line appliances and a Caesarstone benchtop.

If that was not enough, the property is fitted with a custom-built skate ramp outside, as well as a herb garden, solar panels and a heated magnesium swimming pool.

Pete is reported to be selling up his Sydney properties amid his move to Byron Bay.

It is believed the star is planning to open his Evolve Health Labs clinic.

Pete owns a farm just a short drive from Byron Bay, and has been self-isolating on the property with his family for much of the COVID-19 pandemic.
