Sam and Lara Worthington offload $10.6 million property
Australian celebrities Sam and Lara Worthington have finally been able to officially let go of their incredible A$10.6 million home in Los Angeles.
The Avatar actor and his supermodel wife’s property sat perfectly nestled in the Hollywood Hills district, and for over a year waited for the perfect buyer.
According to Dirt, ex-Geffen Records president Neil Jacobson is said to have the house off their hands for $US8.2million ($A10.6million).
The famous pair had originally been asking for $US9.25million.
Reports say the Australian couple bought the property for $US7.9million in 2018, from X Men franchise producer Simon Kinberg.
The property is located above LA’s iconic sunset strip and covers a massive 6,300 square feet.
The opulent home was built in 2015 and features five bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.
It comes with all the bells and whistles too, including an outdoor pool, wine cellar, gourmet kitchen, garden space and ample room for dining.
