You can be Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s neighbour for $29.4 million
Located right next to the home of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is a spectacular California mansion that could be yours for an eye-watering $29.4 million (US$22.5 million).
Featuring seven-bedrooms and 13 bedrooms, the unbelievable property was listed at the end of January.
Spanning over 1,550 sqm, the property has over 5.5 acres to call your own in the Californian suburb of Montecito.
Land of the rich and famous, not only would the prospective buyer have royal members to call their neighbours – but Oprah Winfrey and evening Ellen DeGeneres too.
Just like Harry and Meghan’s incredible pad, the home boasts insane ocean and mountain views along with a spectacular garden filled with lush green lawns, citrusy trees, creeks, bridges and inviting greenery.
It was built in 1999 and was designed as an English country structure. The property has since undergone major renovations however and looks much different from its original fixtures.
Just one door down, Harry and Meghan purchased their own California mansion for $20.2 million (US$14.65 million) back in August.
It followed after they announced in January of that same year that they intended to step down from their senior royal positions.
At the time, the couple only had their newborn Archie to worry about but now they have announced they are expecting a baby girl in the summertime (our winter).
The pair recently sat down with Oprah Winfrey, with Meghan revealing that during her time as a royal, she dealt with suicidal thoughts.
“Look, I was really ashamed to have to say it at the time and ashamed to have to admit it to Harry especially, because I know how much loss he’s suffered,” Meghan told Winfrey.
“But I knew that if I didn’t say that I would do it … and I just didn’t ― I just didn’t want to be alive anymore. And that was a very clear and real and frightening constant thought.”
