A look inside Jamie Durie's spectacular $3.5m Hollywood Hills home
House Rules judge and landscape designer Jamie Durie has once again dropped the prices of his Hollywood Hills home in Los Angeles, US.
The mid-century modern Laurel Canyon home has been relisted on US websites with an asking price of US$2.45 million (AU$3.53 million) – down from the US$2.9m he had originally hoped for when it was first marketed in November 2018.
Designed by architects Matlin & Chapman in 1957, the three-bedroom house has also been renovated and remodeled by Durie himself with the mid-mod features being preserved.
The place is also equipped with a pool, a covered dining pavilion, sunken teak tub and multiple deck spaces.
There is also a new, wood-paneled detached studio with its own entrance and hillside views for a convenient home workspace.
To top things off, the entire property is gated with beautifully designed wooden gates and planter-bedecked fences.
