This zipping trick will give you more suitcase space
How many times have you been packing your bag before your flight home, only to find there’s barely enough room to fit everything you bought (even if you jettison a pair of jeans).
Well, the days of buying extra baggage on the way home are over, because we’ve got a brand-new trick that’s going to help you make the most out of your suitcase space.
And it’s all got to do with some strategic zipping.
The folks at Smarter Travel explain: “Try closing and zipping your suitcase completely (even if you have to sit on it to make it work). Then reopen your bag and try adding the items in any available spot (think corners, spaces between larger items, etc.).
“Often, once you've compressed the bag by zipping it shut, you'll find just a bit more room once you open it again.”
