Keith Richards lists luxury NYC penthouse for $12 million

Rock legend Keith Richards is selling his Greenwich Village penthouse in New York for $11.995 million, three years after he bought the luxury home with model wife Patti Hansen.

The Rolling Stones guitarist, who purchased the Fifth Avenue home for $10.5 million in 2014, has listed the home at a lower price after it failed to sell last year at the asking price of $12.23 million.

The penthouse features a 47-foot-long living, dining and entertainment space. There’s four bedrooms, two on each floor, which each boast en suite bathrooms.

The master suite also features two walk-in wardrobes, whilst the home has access to three private terraces with views of the city and Washington Square Park.
