Baked beetroot and rosemary chips

These healthy, crispy beetroot chips are perfectly seasoned and are sure to be a hit next time you’re entertaining. They make a colourful addition to any cheese and cracker spread, or are a great snack next time you’re feeling peckish.

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium-large beetroots, rinsed and brushed
  • Olive oil
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper (of your choice – we tried them with pink pepper)
  • Roughly chopped rosemary (2 to 3 sprigs)
