Try this homemade alternative to store-bought dip and you’ll never go back. Rich in flavour, and creamy in texture, this pumpkin treat is sure to delight.

Ingredients:

  • 500g butternut pumpkin, peeled and seeded, chopped into chunks
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
