Avocado hummus

This light, refreshing dip is a delicious mix of guacamole and everyday hummus. And the best part – it couldn’t be any easier to make. It’ll take you a couple of minutes, and is sure to become a favourite when you’re entertaining. Dip your favourite crackers or pita chips, or with fresh veggies.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripened medium-size avocados, peeled and seeded
  • 1 can of chickpeas (around 400g)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
