From grandkids to grandparents, who doesn’t like good old fish fingers? With fresh herbs and a healthy spin you can enjoy these guilt-free.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
  • 3 tablespoon finely chopped dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 400g cod
  • ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickles
  • Lemon wedges
