Mocha frappe

Mocha frappe

There’s no need to head to a fancy café to try the latest mocha frappe. You can make your own delicious version in the comfort of your own home.

Serves: Two

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup espresso coffee
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 4 Tim Tam biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate topping

Method:

  1. Place coffee and sugar in a jug.
  2. Stir until sugar has dissolved.
  3. Blend milk, ice, biscuits and coffee mixture together until icy and almost smooth.
  4. Divide topping between glasses.
  5. Top with milk mixture. Serve.
