1. Salted caramel smores
These smores are just like the classic, with a sweet and salty twist.
- To make salted caramel, heat half a cup of sugar until melted.
- Cook until a dark amber colour and add four tablespoons of butter and quarter cup of sour cream. Cook for two minutes, remove from heat and add half a teaspoon of salt and two teaspoons of vanilla.
