Barbara Gibb dies aged 95

Barbara Gibb, mother of The Bee Gees’ Gibb brothers (Barry, Robin and Maurice), has passed away at the age of 95. Born and raised Barbara Pass in the UK city of Manchester, son Barry’s publicist announced she died from natural causes in her Miami home on Friday evening.

She is survived by Barry, 69, and 71-year-old daughter Lesley, whom she had with late husband, bandleader Hugh Gibb. The pair married in 1944 and together they managed The Bee Gees throughout their incredible career.
